2016 – Sunrisers Hyderabad
Sunrisers won the award for the first time in 2016. They also won their second one, a couple of years after.
2017 – Gujarat Lions
Gujarat Lions (Now discontinued) was declared as the winner of the fair play award in 2017.
2018 – Mumbai Indians
Mumbai Indians won their first fair play award in IPL in 2018. They were the winners of the award last year as well.
2019 – Sunrisers Hyderabad
The second last IPL fair play award was taken by the Hyderabadi franchise.
2020 – Mumbai Indians
