One series will be at home and the other one away. A neutral venue can also be selected if the cricket board of both teams agrees. Aside from this, if two countries want to play more than two series, then they can also do that, but they have to sign an agreement themselves.

England Women Tour Of Pakistan 2021
ECB has confirmed to PCB that this year England Women’s Cricket Team will also tour Pakistan which will have 2 T20Is and three competitive ODI matches in the series.
ICC T20 Cricket World Cup 2021
The men’s ICC T20 World Cup will be hosted by India after it was postponed in 2020. Pakistan will be playing in the tournament as well.
